I'm experiencing something odd and would love some guidance. Whenever I masturbate, everything works just fineI get a perfect erection and can control when I ejaculate. But it's a different story when I'm with my partner. I struggle to get a strong enough erection, and I find myself ejaculating much faster than I'd like. I'm really worried about my sperm count and motility. My total sperm count came back at 8 million. I noticed that only 5% are actively motile, 45% are sluggishly motile, and 50% are non-motile. Also, the morphology shows 70% normal. Based on these figures, could this mean I'm dealing with infertility? And if so, what options or remedies might be available for me?
