I'm experiencing something odd and would love some guidance. Whenever I masturbate, everything works just fineI get a perfect erection and can control when I ejaculate. But it's a different story when I'm with my partner. I struggle to get a strong enough erection, and I find myself ejaculating much faster than I'd like. It's kind of frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Would really appreciate any advice or insights!

While having sex, I've noticed random cuts on the skin of my penis, and my partner experiences a burning sensation around the opening of her vagina. Could this be something serious? Sometimes we don't use protection. Also, I'm curious if there's a chance that kits might give incorrect results. Can you help with this?

The random cuts on your penis skin and your partner's burning sensation around the vaginal opening during sex could be indicative of a sexually transmitted infection (STI), such as herpes, HPV, or genital warts, or other conditions like genital eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis; the lack of protection during sex increases the risk of STI transmission; regarding the accuracy of STI test kits, while they are generally reliable, there is a small chance of false negatives or false positives, so it's essential to consult a urologist

I recently got married and had an issue during sex with my wife. It seems like the skin connecting the inner part of my penis got torn. The doctor I saw recommended a frenuloplasty. I'm really worried about having surgery and would love to know if there are other options to fix this without going through with an operation. Could you suggest any alternatives?

I'm really worried about my sperm count and motility. My total sperm count came back at 8 million. I noticed that only 5% are actively motile, 45% are sluggishly motile, and 50% are non-motile. Also, the morphology shows 70% normal. Based on these figures, could this mean I'm dealing with infertility? And if so, what options or remedies might be available for me?
