My dad's ultrasound found 3 kidney stones around 10mm in his left kidney and a 9mm gallstone. His feet stay swollen all the time but no pain yet. The doctor recommended surgery but I'm wondering if stones this big can be treated without surgery and how long the removal process usually takes

I've had undescended testicles since birth, and now only one is in my scrotum. I've never talked about this with anyone, but it's made me worry about my small penis size and whether I can have children. Should I get treatment or surgery for this, or is it not a problem? Also, how much would the treatment cost?
