I'm feeling this pain and a choking sensation right in the middle of my chest, and I just can't eat or drink anything. It's like there's air trapped in there sometimes. What's going on with me?

It sounds like you may have severe acid reflux or possibly an esophageal spasm. Avoid eating or drinking for now, and sit upright. Try sipping on warm water to ease discomfort, and seek immediate medical attention to rule out any cardiac or severe gastrointestinal issues.

Liv52 contains plant based extracts. It has general antioxidant and liver protective properties. Liv52 is generally safe to take but you should consult a physician to undergo some liver function tests to be on the safer side.
