I'm feeling really frustrated about my health. I'm 32, unmarried, and I've never had issues like this before. I've been taking Pulmoclear 700 mg, Montek LC, and Amrox LS for over a month now, and it's got me worried. Are these symptoms of sinus or pulmonary problems? Is the mucus clogging and blocking my breathing because it feels like I'm starving for oxygen, and I've had to go into intensive care. Being alone at home makes it even tougher. Could this be a seasonal illness that I'll have to deal with every year, or is there a solution to fix it?

I've been dealing with this stubborn dry cough for nearly two months now. It's not the first time either I usually get it once a year. In the past, my doctor recommended this medication called Benocide fort, and it seemed to work. I know there's something about eosinophils being off balance with me, but I haven't done a blood test or taken Benocide fort yet this time. Nothing else is helping, and the cough is so bad that I'm getting chest cramps, especially at night and in the morning. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I'm really worried about my husband. He was in a car accident and has a light chest injury, no bleeding, but we decided to do a CT scan just to be safe. The report says he has pulmonary nodules on his left lower lobe, one is 2 mm and the other is 4 mm. Could these nodules be a result of something serious? He did have COVID three years ago, could that be related in any way? I'm just trying to understand what this might mean.

I'm really worried about my father. About ten days ago, he had a fever, but thankfully, it's been gone for the last five days. However, his SpO2 levels are really concerningthey drop to around 52-55 when he's sleeping and are only 85-92 while he's awake, no matter whether it's day or night. He's been snoring for years now. He weighs about 90 kg. His HRCT done on May 7th showed a score of 1125. He doesn't have any other symptoms like coughing, headache, body pain, or loss of taste or smell. Currently, he's taking Megmacer 1gm, Pdsolon 40, Alcorab 20, and Megclid. What should I do?

I recommend continuing with these medications. Additionally, to help improve his breathing and oxygen levels, I suggest adding a bronchodilator like Seroflo inhaler twice a day and a CPAP machine for his snoring and sleep apnea. It would also be beneficial for him to consult with a pulmonologist for further evaluation and management of his respiratory issues. Regular monitoring of his Spo2 levels and follow-up with healthcare provider is essential to ensure his condition improves.
