I'm feeling really stressed out because I've been trying to have a baby for over a year now, and even though we're having intercourse almost every day, we haven't been successful. My husband's sperm test showed a count of 20 milml, and he's taking Addzoa supplements every afternoon. I'm confused about how much time we should wait between intercourse acts, especially during the middle of my cycle when I'm most fertile. I've had all my medical tests done, and everything looks fine, although I used to have irregular periods. I'm taking supplements for that, and they're regular now. Can you give me some guidance on how to increase my chances of conceiving? I'm really losing confidence.

Having sex before ovulation is important. Knowing when you ovulate and having sex regularly from 3 to 4 days before ovulation until one day after ovulation improves the odds of getting pregnant and these are signs of ovulation Signs of Ovulation Rise in basal body temperature, typically 12 to 1 degree, measured by a thermometer. Higher levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), measured on a home ovulation kit. Cervical mucus, or vaginal discharge, may appear clearer, thinner, and stretchy, like raw egg whites. Breast tenderness. Bloating. Spotting. and lastly couple counselling is also neccesary
