I'm feeling really weak ever since I had typhoid, and I was wondering if it's okay to take Dexorange and Betonin together to help with that. Can you let me know if this combination is safe or if there are any side effects I should be worried about?

I'm really concerned about my test results. My RMP in haematology came back negative, but I'm seeing some strange numbers in the Widal test. The typhi O is at 1160, and the typhi H is 180. Plus, my eosinophils are at 10 in the DLC section. What does all this mean? Should I be worried about these levels?
