I'm feeling really worried about this report my wife got. She's been having trouble breathing and the report said "no pathogen isolated." I'm not sure what that means. Can you help me understand it?

View allI'm having trouble breathing through my nose and it feels like I'm not getting enough air, so I have to breathe through my mouth instead. Its especially tough when I'm sleeping, and now my chest is starting to hurt since Im always using my mouth to breathe. This reminds me of when I was young; I used to jump rope a lot, like 2000 times, and a doctor once said that caused a breathing issue for me back then. I feel like I'm going through the same thing again. What do you think might be the issue this time?

I'm dealing with some breathing issues, like shortness of breath, and it's been more than 10 years. I've gone to various doctors, and they said it's allergies. So, I went to see a pulmonologist. They suggested I do FENO and PFT tests. My FENO result came back as 19 ppb, and PFT was normal. They gave me a Foracart 200 inhaler and some meds for allergies, but it's been five days and I haven't noticed a difference. Should I be worried, or could this take more time? What should I do next?

I'm really struggling with my bronchial asthma. Lately, I've been coughing non-stop, day and night. I've been using my inhalers, levolin viola and Airtec FB 200, which used to help, but now they dont seem to be doing anything for my wheezing and coughing. I only get this issue during the winter months. What can I do to get some relief?
