I'm finding myself needing to take deep breaths more often, and it seems to help me relax. But I've also noticed I'm losing weight, and I'm not sure why. Could you help me understand what's happening here and what I should do next?

View allI'm feeling really worried because I've had a fever for the last four days. I got some tests done and my urine epithelial cells count came back at 45, but everything else in the urine test, including pus cells, is within the normal range. Should I be concerned about the high epithelial cells, or could it just be related to the fever? Would love to get your advice on this.
There are many causes of fever, just with this amount history it's difficult to diagnose.

I'm worried about my friend's health. He's had a fever for two days, and his SGPT level is 69.0 while other test results are normal. The doctor prescribed him Ziprax 100. Do you think he needs to get any additional tests done?
Ziprax 100 might be appropriate for bacterial infections, but if fever persists or worsens, it is important to do further tests to rule out any serious underlying conditions, particularly related to the liver.

I've been having a really annoying dry cough lately and it's been keeping me up at night. I've tried drinking more fluids and using a humidifier, but it's not getting any better. Do you have any recommendations for a good cough syrup specifically for dry coughs? I'd love to know what might actually help soothe this!
You can use Grylinctus dx or Ascoril
