Can I take multivitamin tablets every day? I'm worried about any long-term side effects. Also, if they are safe, is there a particular brand you would recommend?
When there is no indication why to take them,consume balanced dite thats enough,here is no immediate side effects as such,but better not to continue without doctors advice

Yes night shift duties would cause lack sleep and rest which leads to serious problems like high cholesterol,diabetes,hypertension,acidity etc.,manage your sleep schedule in a healthy way and take adequate rest
