I'm five months pregnant and I've been dealing with a urine infection. My doctor suggested taking Niftran and Cital syrup. I'm really concerned if it's safe. Will these medications affect my baby in any way?

Medications for uterine fibroids target hormones that regulate your menstrual cycle, treating symptoms such as heavy menstrual bleeding and pelvic pressure. They don't eliminate fibroids, but may shrink them. Consult gynecologist for further advice...

I'm wondering about my 8 weeks 4 days scan. The gestational sac measured 27.9mm but is measuring 7 weeks 4 days. The fetal heart rate was over 175 and the CRL was 20mm. Is it normal for the sac to be measuring a week behind, and should I be concerned about any potential complications because of this?

The USG estimated gestational age is usually a few days different than lmp calculated gestational age
