Question

I'm getting a bit worried because recently I've been gaining weight, feeling really lazy, and constantly tired. My doctor recommended a blood test, and the results showed my FT4 is 0.97 ngdl and TSH is 8.52 mIUml. I'm supposed to follow up with the doc next week, but I can't help but wonder if these levels are normal or if I might have something like hyperthyroid or hypothyroid? Can you help me understand what's going on with these results?

I'm a bit worried because my TSH level has gone up to 7.8, although my T3 and T4 are still within the normal range. I'm struggling with some health issues and I'm not sure what to make of them. I've been dealing with wheezing and trouble breathing, along with a dry cough. At first, I tried treatment for GERD, but it didn't help. This has been happening on and off for about 4 years now. What worries me even more is that since last year I've noticed I'm urinating a lot more and it's really diluted, plus I'm feeling dehydrated. My plasma osmolality is 320. Are these signs related to something specific? My kidney, liver, and thyroid functions all checked out normal, and so did my CBC. What could be going on here?
