I'm getting married in a month and I'm really worried about some blade marks on my hand that I've had for about 5 years. Is there any treatment or advice you can give me to reduce or get rid of these marks?

I woke up this morning with some bruises on my inner thighs, and it's kinda weird because I haven't been doing any intense physical stuff. They're not hurting when I touch them, though. I usually sit in a funny way at work, like with one foot under my leg, but I'm not sure if that could cause such dark purple bruising. What's going on here?
