I've been struggling with ringworm on my groin and thigh for the last 7 years, and its getting really intense. The itchiness gets worse at night and now it's spreading all over my thigh. I'm desperate to find the best treatment for this. Could you help me with what medicine might work to finally get rid of it?

View allI've noticed some small white spots on my penis foreskin, and I'm a bit worried about what they might be. I went to see a urologist, and he mentioned that it's not serious but might be related to dermatology. The thing is, it's hard to find a private dermatologist consultation around here. What could these spots be, and how should I go about getting them treated?
The small white spots on your penis foreskin could be a condition called Fordyce spots, which are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you are concerned or if they are causing discomfort, you can visit a dermatologist for further evaluation. The dermatologist may prescribe a topical treatment such as Retin-A (tretinoin) cream to help reduce the appearance of the spots. It is important to follow the dermatologist's advice for proper management of the condition.

I've been using Deriva BPO gel for about a week now, but I haven't noticed any improvements in my acne. In fact, I'm seeing more whiteheads appearing on my acne every day. Is this how the gel is supposed to work, or will it actually help clear up my acne?
