I'm having this really bothersome dry cough, and it seems to get worse when I'm under a ceiling fan or in an air-conditioned room. I don't notice it as much when the room temperature is normal though. Also, the mucus I cough up is white. Could it be something to do with excess heat in my body? I'm worried and would love any suggestions on what kind of medicines might help with this.

View allI'm really worried about my mom. She's been coughing for a few days now, and nothing seems to be helping. We've tried both grillinctus and coffdryl, and even a ginger molasses mix, but her cough isn't getting any better. Do you have any advice or recommendations on what might help her get some relief?

I've been dealing with a dry cough for about four months now since having COVID. I've already had a chest X-ray and a CT scan, and both showed everything is normal. I'm a bit worried because the cough just won't go away. Could you recommend a good medicine or treatment to help with this?
