I'm having some breathing issues, and I've noticed blood coming from my nose and mouth. The doctor mentioned a bronchoscopy. Could you explain what a bronchoscopy is? Also, are there any specific blood tests related to lung issues that I should know about?

I've been feeling really unwell since I accidentally inhaled carbon monoxide from the stove while taking steam. I didnt realize that breathing in those fumes could be harmful, so I kept doing it three times a day for about two months. Now Im having symptoms like nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, and an itchy throat. I'm worried about whether this could lead to any lung diseases or even cancer. Could you please let me know if these symptoms are related and if I should be concerned about any serious health issues?

I'm currently on medication for TB with lymph node involvement, taking anti-TB drugs along with Benadon. I'm really curious about why I'm on Benadon specifically. Could you shed some light on this?

That happens with TB infection, lymphnadenitis is due to reactive lymphnodes.

I'm a bit worriedI've taken my mom, who's 61, to the hospital for some stomach issues. The doctor there suggested a CT scan of her chest and abdomen, and she ended up with a CORADS 4 result. Then they did an RT-PCR test, but that came back negative for COVID-19. She doesn't show any symptoms like cough, cold, or fever. Today, they went ahead with a chest X-ray, and now they're saying she has increased bronchovascular markings. Could you explain what that means? Does it suggest she might have COVID, even if the test was negative?

Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma, bronchopneumonia, cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension.
