I'm having some issues with pain in the right side of my neck, and it seems to be coming from a vein and extending to the lower part of my head. I also feel really cold and there's a heaviness in my right ear. Sometimes the pain gets really intense and I feel nauseous too. Can you help me understand what might be going on?

I've got this weird mass under my jaw on the right side, kind of in the submandibular area. There's a similar bump on the left too, but it's not as big or swollen.
