I'm having some issues with pain in the right side of my neck, and it seems to be coming from a vein and extending to the lower part of my head. I also feel really cold and there's a heaviness in my right ear. Sometimes the pain gets really intense and I feel nauseous too. Can you help me understand what might be going on?

You may be experiencing symptoms of a sinus infection or sinusitis. I recommend taking a combination of a decongestant and pain reliever such as ibuprofen to help with the pain and congestion. Additionally, using a saline nasal spray can help with the cold symptoms and heaviness in the ear. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI've got this weird mass under my jaw on the right side, kind of in the submandibular area. There's a similar bump on the left too, but it's not as big or swollen. I'm wondering if it could be a tumor, or maybe it's just from a cold I've had recently? I feel fine overall and haven't noticed any other symptoms. Could it just be some swelling from being sick?

I'm dealing with positional vertigo and it's got me wondering, could this turn into something serious down the line? Also, is there a way to completely cure it? My doctor suggested I get a VEMP test done, and I'm not sure how necessary that is. Any insights would be really helpful!
