I'm having some trouble with my foreskin when my penis is erect. The head is fully visible, but the foreskin seems a bit attached to the backside of the head and won't fully retract down the shaft. It's making me a little concerned. What should I do about this?

Small stones under 6mm may pass with medicines, but multiple stones need monitoring. Ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments can support symptom relief.

I've been diagnosed with a hypotonic neurogenic bladder and have been dealing with slow urine flow, sometimes medium. Allopathy and surgery don't seem to offer a permanent cure. Are there any permanent treatment options in Ayurveda or homeopathy? I've been struggling with this for 1.5 years and visited multiple hospitals without much success. What would you suggest?
While both Ayurveda and homeopathy offer alternative approaches, neither is considered a "permanent cure" for hypotonic neurogenic bladder. They focus on symptom management and improving overall well-being. A comprehensive approach, including medication, physical therapy, and potentially surgical interventions, may be necessary for a permanent solution
