I'm having a tough time breathing, and it's been like this since last night. My throat also feels itchy, and I'm struggling to breathe properly. I've dealt with acidity and gas issues before, so I'm wondering if they might be related. Could you recommend something to help?

View allI'm dealing with pleural effusion and some thickening of the pleura. I've been on FDC medication for pulmonary Koch's for about 14 months now. I'm worried because it's affecting my medical test for a job abroad. What can I do in this situation, and is there a way to manage or improve the test results despite my condition?
Continue ATT as advised by the pulmonologist.

I've been dealing with winter asthma for about 6 years now, and my doctor previously had me on romilast 10 and theoasthalin tablets for 5 winters straight, but they come with a bunch of side effects. Another doctor suggested inhalers might be better than oral meds, so this year I've switched to using a regular asthalin inhaler. However, it's not really cutting it; even after 4 sprays, the relief only lasts for about 4 to 5 hours. It's still a bit cold here at night in Kolkata, so the asthma is persistent. Could you recommend a better inhaler? Would Seroflo 250 be a good option?
take foracort inhaler twice a day for 5 days

I recently went to a pulmonologist and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was put on coamoxiclav antibiotics for a week and duavent for nebulizing. But it's been two weeks since my follow-up visit, and I'm still coughing up phlegm. The doctor has now prescribed me levofloxacin and zykast. I'm a bit worried since I'm breastfeeding. Should I be concerned about these medications? Also, why hasn't my cough improved?
continue the antibiotics and review
