I'm having trouble bending my left index finger after I had k wire surgery. It's been almost a year now since the surgery, and I'm starting to worry because the finger not only won't bend but also looks different. They used a k wire to connect two bones. What could be going wrong here? Should I be concerned about the shape being off? It's really bothering me and I'm not sure what to do next.

View allI'm really concerned because I've been dealing with shoulder pain for the past two weeks, and applying things like Moov or Relaxyl hasn't helped at all. It feels like my head is leaning forward when I walk, and there's this uncomfortable stiffness radiating from my shoulder down my back. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I should do next?

I'm a 25-year-old woman, 54 inches tall and weigh 50 kg. My wrists are very thin with visible nerves, and my hands are overall slender. The rest of my body is strong and well-proportioned, but my wrists make me feel self-conscious. Is there any way to increase wrist and forearm size permanently, like through medication or surgery? Should I see an orthopedist, dietitian, or cosmetic surgeon for this issue?

My MRI shows a partial tear in the ACL femoral attachment with some axis changes, plus a grade 2 tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus reaching the capsular surface. I've got pain, swelling, popping sounds, and can't walk properly. Do I need surgery for this, or can it heal on its own? What are my options for recovery?
A partial ACL tear with axis changes and a grade 2 medial meniscus tear, especially with pain, swelling, and difficulty walking, likely requires a combination of conservative and potentially surgical treatment. While some ACL tears can heal with conservative management, the meniscus tear and the severity of your symptoms suggest a surgical approach might be necessary. It's crucial to consult with an orthopedic specialist for a personalized treatment plan.
