I'm kind of worried because I've been coughing up these black particles in my phlegm every day, and it's pretty thick, especially in the morning. The color is usually grey and it looks a bit like clots. I'm not a smoker and never have been, plus I wear a mask all the time. I haven't had any breathing issues, fever, or weight loss, though I've been dealing with this for about two months now. I tried taking antibiotics but they didnt really make a difference. I'm only on thyroid medication at the moment. Any thoughts on what could be going on or what I should do next?

The first doctor gave me the Foracart inhaler, but it caused a throat infection, so I stopped and took antibiotics instead. Then I got really bad allergy symptoms like sneezing and a runny nose, and my shortness of breath got worse. I changed doctors and they tested my IGe and PFT. The PFT came back normal, but my IGe is 3050. I was given Momeflo Montek BL for a month. Should I be concerned about this? And how long might it take for me to start feeling better?

I've been dealing with some allergy problems lately, and when I saw a doctor, they had me do an allergy test and a chest X-ray. They mentioned there might be an infection in my chest. I decided to consult another doctor who requested a Montoux (Mantoux) test, and it came back with a 14mm result. I'm a bit worried about what all this could mean. Probable diagnosis is allergy. Patient is advised tab allergra 120 mg orally ,bedtime for 14 days. Also tab augmentin duo 625mg is advised,orally,twice daily for 7 days.
