I'm kind of worried because I've been masturbating a lot since I was young, and now I'm concerned that it might have drained my sexual power. Every time I do it, I seem to feel unusually tired for almost three days. Could this be why I'm also having pains in my legs and arms, and why I feel sleepy all the time, like my sleep just isn't enough anymore? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Frequent masturbation can sometimes lead to temporary fatigue and muscle soreness. It's important to give your body time to rest and recover, ensuring a healthy balance in your lifestyle. Prioritize regular exercise, a nutritious diet, and sufficient sleep to help restore your energy levels and overall well-being. If the symptoms persist, consider consulting a healthcare professional for further guidance.

I'm curious about the effects of daily masturbation. Is it harmful in any way, and could it lead to any issues now or later on? Would appreciate some advice.

You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

what cream or oral medicine can help treat phimosis without needing surgery i really want to avoid surgery if possible

For mild to moderate phimosis, topical steroid creams and stretching exercises are often the first line of treatment, with the goal of softening and stretching the foreskin to allow it to retract more easily. Topical steroid creams, such as betamethasone valerate (Betnovate) or hydrocortisone, are commonly used. Stretching exercises, when combined with cream use, can further enhance the foreskin's elasticity and ability to retract

I've been taking steroids as a professional bodybuilder, but lately I noticed some changes in my left testicle it feels like there are extra veins or something. I looked it up and think it might be testicular varicocele, but I'm not sure. Could the steroids be causing this? Doctors always warn against steroids, but it's part of my job, so I can't stop. I know the risks, but this issue has me worried. Does varicocele need surgery, or can it heal on its own?

Get an Ultrasound and Doppler study of scrotum. Steroid has nothing to do with varicocele but it is possible due to heavy weight lifting. Please clarify what steroid you are taking. If corticosteroid like dexona, betnesol stop it gradually over many months. If testosterone or other anabolic steroid you can maintain these provided considering risk of infertility.
