I'm looking for an alternative cream for treating inflammatory skin infections like eczema, especially when there's a fungal or bacterial aspect involved. I've been using Lymarin cream, but I'm not sure if it's available or effective here in India. Any suggestions?

View allI'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. They werent that many before, but now Ive got a few more on one finger, the back of my hand, and even my palm. I also see some tiny ones on my right hand, but theyre not big enough to pop. They don't really hurt unless I pop them and they dont itch either. Any idea what might be going on?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with vitiligo for five years now. I've been using topgraf ointment, malgain lotion, and taking pigmento tablets. At first, the treatment worked great and 80% of my patches were cured, but in the past year, nothing seems to work anymore. The old patches are still there and now Im even getting new ones. What's going on and what should I do? It's frustrating.

I'm worried that my hair is falling out because of the Acenac MR tablets I've been taking. Do you think it could be the cause? Also, is there any way to regrow my hair with medication? How can I reach out to you for advice?
Hair loss can be distressing! Acneac MR tablets, which contain minocycline, can contribute to hair loss as a rare side effect. However, it's essential to consult your doctor to determine if the tablets are the primary cause of your hair fall. Other possible causes of hair loss: 1. Hormonal imbalances 2. Genetics 3. Nutritional deficiencies (e.g., iron, zinc, or biotin) 4. Stress 5. Certain medical conditions (e.g., thyroid disorders, autoimmune diseases) Can hair regrow with medication? Yes, in some cases, medication can help promote hair growth or slow down hair loss
