I'm looking for an alternative to Propysalic NF that has a lower steroid composition. I've been dealing with redness on the skin in my thigh joints, and I'm hoping to clear it up. Any suggestions on what might work without too many steroids?

View allI've been dealing with hair fall and my doctor mentioned Follihair. I'm curious if there's a more budget-friendly option like Supradyne or Zincovit that might work just as well. Also, can I opt for any brand of Minoxidil 5? I'm a 23-year-old guy and would really appreciate your advice!

I'm struggling with some pimples and the dark marks they leave on my face. I'm really looking for advice on how to deal with them and prevent more from popping up. What can I do to tackle this issue?
To treat pimples and dark marks on your face, you can use a combination of topical treatments. You can use a benzoyl peroxide gel (such as Oxy-5) for the pimples. Apply a thin layer on the affected areas once or twice daily. For the dark marks, you can use a topical retinoid cream (such as Retin-A) to help fade the discoloration. Apply a pea-sized amount on the dark marks at night. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can help prevent further darkening of the marks.
