I'm looking for an alternative to Propysalic NF that has a lower steroid composition. I've been dealing with redness on the skin in my thigh joints, and I'm hoping to clear it up. Any suggestions on what might work without too many steroids?

I accidentally ate a bit of fish before having some curd, and now I'm really worried about whether this could lead to any skin issues. Can you give me any advice on what I should do or if there's anything I need to watch out for? I'm quite concerned and would appreciate your guidance.
it's believed that consuming curd (yogurt) after eating fish can lead to skin issues. However, there's limited scientific evidence to support this claim. Possible concerns: 1. Allergic reactions: If you're allergic to fish or lactose intolerant, consuming curd after fish might exacerbate symptoms. 2. Digestive issues: Fish and curd can be difficult to digest for some people, potentially leading to stomach discomfort, bloating, or gas. 3. Skin issues: While there's no direct link between eating curd after fish and skin problems, some people might experience skin reactions due to individual sensitivities or allergies.
