I'm looking to start taking a multivitamin and Im a bit confused about which one to choose, especially with everything going on with COVID right now. Should I go with Zincovit, Supradyn, or is there another multivitamin youd recommend?

I've been told by my doctor that I have a deficiency in B12 and Vitamin D. They've recommended B12 ME12 injection shots for me. I'm a bit concerned and curious about whether it's really safe for me to go with the B12 shots, or if taking a capsule could be a better option instead. Can you help me understand the differences or what might be best for me?
B12 injections like ME-12 are effective for quickly raising levels, especially if your deficiency is significant or absorption is an issue. Capsules can also work if your body absorbs them well, but injections may be recommended for faster results. Always follow your doctor's advice for the best approach.

I've been feeling pretty rough with a cold and flu, plus my nose won't stop running, and swallowing is really hard. I also have hay fever, so I'm kinda worried if that's making everything worse. Could this be something more than just a cold? What should I do to feel better?
