I'm in my third month of pregnancy and dealing with a lot of vomiting. My doctor mentioned ONDEM 4 might help, but I've heard it could cause birth defects and now I'm really anxious about taking it. Are there any safer alternatives for nausea that I could try?

View allI noticed some nabothian cysts on my cervix during a recent checkup and I'm a bit worried are these harmful or something to be concerned about Also is there any way to treat them with medication instead of surgery
Nabothian cysts are generally harmless, mucus-filled sacs on the cervix that do not typically require treatment and don't cause any health risks notes Apollo Hospitals. They are often found incidentally during routine gynecological exams and don't usually cause symptoms or require medication. However, if they become large, cause discomfort, or are suspected of being infected, medical evaluation and potentially treatment may be necessary

My wife is 37 and in her 8th month of pregnancy with our second baby. She's been struggling with a heavy cold, runny nose, sneezing, cough, a mild fever, headache, and a burning throat with some pain. She's been taking Dolo 650 and Okacet 10mg, but they don't seem to be helping much. Could you recommend any other medications that might be safe for her during pregnancy? We're really concerned and would appreciate any advice you could offer.
Yes, continue same treatment.
