I'm Nikhil Gunjal from Ghatkopar, Mumbai, and I'm really worried because for the past two years, I've been dealing with what I believe are effects of black magic. It feels like someone is harming my body, and it's really frustrating not being able to identify who might be doing this. I'm convinced it's something external causing harm and even have proof to support my concerns. Can you offer any guidance or suggest what steps I can take to address this situation?

I've been feeling my pulse all over my body, even when I touch my fingers, it's like I can feel it everywhere. Even when I'm lying down to sleep, I notice this pulsing in my head. On top of that, I keep having these sudden involuntary muscle jerks, they happen all over, including my head, hands, and legs, even when I'm trying to sleep. I have a lot of anxiety, and I end up worrying too much about my health. I often find myself searching online and getting even more anxious after reading things. Can you tell me if these symptoms might be related to anxiety, or is there something else I should be concerned about? I've already had an ECG done, and that came back normal.

I'm having trouble sleeping and it's really starting to stress me out. Can you give me some advice on how to get a good night's rest? I'd appreciate any help you can offer!

I understand your desire to increase your height. However, it's essential to understand that height growth is largely determined by genetics and hormone regulation during puberty. _Age and Height Growth_ At 19 years old, your growth plates have likely closed, making it more challenging to increase your height significantly. _Realistic Expectations_ While it's unlikely to grow 3 inches (5'7" to 5'10") at your age, you can focus on maintaining good posture, exercising regularly, and ensuring adequate nutrition to support overall health. _Tips for Optimal Posture and Health_ 1. _Exercise regularly_: Focus on stretching, yoga, or Pilates to improve flexibility and posture. 2. _Maintain good posture_: Be mindful of your posture throughout the day, avoiding slouching or leaning. 3. _Eat a balanced diet_: Ensure you're getting adequate nutrients, including calcium, vitamin D, and protein. 4. _Get enough sleep_: Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to support overall health.
