I'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. They werent that many before, but now Ive got a few more on one finger, the back of my hand, and even my palm. I also see some tiny ones on my right hand, but theyre not big enough to pop. They don't really hurt unless I pop them and they dont itch either. Any idea what might be going on?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I've got this wound that healed, but now the skin around it has turned this dark black color and it's not going back to my usual skin tone. What could be causing this? Should I be worried? Is there something I can do to help it return to normal? It's been a little unsettling.

I'm dealing with a hereditary hair loss problem and it's really concerning. Do you think Baryta Carbonica 200 could help with regrowth on my bald patches? I'm just curious if its worth trying or if theres something else I should be looking at.

I'm having a really uncomfortable problem with sweating a lot in my groin area, especially around my anus and testicles. It's causing a pretty bad smell and it feels greasy down there, plus it makes my underwear dirty. I've already shaved the pubic hair and switched to wearing boxers instead of briefs, but the sweating hasn't stopped. I make sure to wash the area thoroughly when I shower in the morning, but still by the afternoon it starts again and seems to get worse by nighttime. Can you suggest any lotion or powder to help keep the area dry and clean all day?
