I'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. They werent that many before, but now Ive got a few more on one finger, the back of my hand, and even my palm. I also see some tiny ones on my right hand, but theyre not big enough to pop. They don't really hurt unless I pop them and they dont itch either. Any idea what might be going on?

I'm dealing with a lot of hair fall and also have an anal fistula. My hair keeps falling no matter what I try, and the doctor said I need surgery for the fistula soon. What should I do about both issues?
To address both hair fall and an anal fistula, it's important to focus on reducing stress, managing the fistula with medical intervention, and addressing potential underlying causes of hair loss. For the fistula, the doctor's recommendation for surgery should be followed. For hair fall, explore potential causes like stress, fungal infections, or nutritional deficiencies, and consider seeking professional advice for appropriate treatment.
