I've been on 30 mg of Accutane for about seven months now and my skin is definitely breaking out less, but I've started getting these painful bumps under my skin that are filled with a clear fluid, kinda like water. I've got an infection between the third and fourth toes on my left foot. It's been really dry and painful sometimes. I've been dealing with it for a couple of years now.
