I'm really concerned about this - can pulmonary TB come back after you've been treated successfully and your sputum test from a bronchoscopy is negative? Also, is it normal to sometimes feel a bit of pain in the lungs while breathing if you recovered from TB and finished the treatment just last year?

My dad has been Covid positive for about three weeks now, and he only had mild symptoms so far. But his recent X-ray shows a small pneumonic patch in the right mid and both lower zones. The doctor is suggesting a three-day injection course. Does this sound serious given his Covid status? I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing, and I recently got my chest X-ray results. It says there are prominent bronchovascular markings in both lungs and mentions non-homogeneous patchy highness and reticular changes. It also notes that my cardio thoracic ratio is a bit enlarged and there's bilateral hilar prominence. A month ago, I tested positive for COVID, but I'm fine now and have tested negative. Still, I'm having difficulty breathing. I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 15 years and suffered a brain stroke 5 years ago. I've also had heart problems. I even got my cough tested for TB, and it came back negative. What should I do about these breathing issues?

Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice daily to the patient.

I'm experiencing this issue where my breathing feels low during the night, even though all my tests like PFT, echo, and TMT are normal. I live in a hilly area, and I'm wondering if that's affecting my oxygen levels at night. Could moving to a flatter area help with getting more oxygen? Is there a particular reason that might justify relocating?
