I'm really concerned about this persistent neck pain I've had for the past three days. It's spread to my shoulders and sometimes even to my head, which really bothers me. I saw my primary physician, and I'm on some medication now. But this morning, I noticed my shoulders seemed a bit swollen, and there's this strange, hard muscle on the left side of my neck, right below my ear. It's not a visible lump, doesn't move, and isn't painful, but it's strange. Could it be a muscle issue? Oh, and I've had a common cold and a bit of cough at night, but no vomiting or fever. What do you think is going on?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been dealing with some pretty intense joint pain for the past two months. There's no fever, but the pain is tough for her to handle. I heard that Ayurvedic treatments could be effective for Chikungunya. Could you recommend any Ayurvedic medicine that's safe for her to take or other practices that might help? Also, would physiotherapy be a good option for her?

It sounds like your mother is going through a tough time with joint pain. Ayurvedic treatments like Ashwagandha, Turmeric, and joint oils may help manage pain and inflammation, but it's important to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized recommendations. Physiotherapy can also be beneficial in improving joint mobility and reducing pain, so it could be worth exploring alongside other treatments.

I'm having this pain in my mid-chest, but it only happens with certain movements. I've talked to a bunch of doctors about it, even had some tests like an ECHO done, but everything seems normal. They mentioned it might be muscular pain or something called costochondritis. How long does something like this usually take to feel better? I'm really scared to even pick up my kid right now. Everyone has just suggested using Volini gel. Do you have any home remedies in mind that might help with this?

I'm having this persistent pain along the right side of my sternum and it's starting to worry me. I've had several tests donea breast ultrasound, MRI, X-ray, and even an echoand they all came back normal. I'm wondering, could costochondritis be the cause, and if so, is there any imaging that can detect it? I really need to figure out what's going on.
