I'm really concerned because I've been craving slate pencils for about six months now and I've already eaten a few. I'm worried if this could be bad for my health. I keep wanting to eat more. Is there something missing in my diet that's making me want them? How can I stop these cravings?

It can be harmful to ingest slate pencils in large quantities. It can result in constipation, lung infections, vomitting and diarrhea. Your craving could be a sign of lack of certain vitamins and minerals in the body. It is advisable to start taking multivitamins and supplements such as Revital, or Zincovit tablets. You may wish to do a serum electrolyte blood test in order to determine which minerals your body is lacking.

View allI'm a bit confused about my recent ultrasound results. Initially, they found an isoechoic lesion attached to the gallbladder, saying something about the anterior wall being 4.3mm by 2.2mm. Now, after another ultrasound, it's showing gallbladder polyps at 7.5mm. I'm not sure what this really means for my health or what kind of treatment I should be considering. Could you help clarify and advise on what steps I should take next?
An isoechoic lesion attached to the gallbladder wall could be a gallbladder polyp, which is a tissue growth that extends from the gallbladder's mucous lining. If a gallbladder polyp increases in size by 2 mm or more, or reaches 10 mm in diameter, surgical removal of the gallbladder, called cholecystectomy, may be recommended. As in this case size increases so surgery should be recommended

I'm having trouble with motions since last night and I'm wondering if it's okay to use Sestil AD for relief. Or should I be considering another medication? Appreciate any advice or insight you can share.

I'm feeling this weird tingling sensation under my left rib cage. Every time I lie on my left side, it feels like something's there, like a slight pressure or touch. I looked it up and it mentioned something about the spleen. Who would be the best specialist to consult about this?
