I'm really confused about my ECG results. I used to have a left axis deviation at 30, but today my ECG showed an extreme axis deviation. I repeated the test, and it went back to showing a left axis at 30 again. Is it possible that there's a problem with the machine, or should I be worried about my heart health? I'm attaching the echocardiogram, so please let me know what you think.

Ive already done tests like ECG, TMT, 2D Echo, and a chest X-ray, and the doctor said everything looks normal. Can you suggest what I might do to relieve this pain? I've attached the report as well.

I'm experiencing some left arm pain and dizziness lately, and I also have GERD issues. From time to time, I get this jaw pain too. Could this be something related to my heart? I had a Holter test done back in February and everything seemed normal, but I'm still a bit worried. Would really appreciate your insight on this.
