I'm really curious about sperm donationis it actually a thing? Is it similar to blood donation in the sense that it's a voluntary thing anyone can do, or is it more complicated? And where would someone go if they're interested in donating sperm?

To remove the Copper-T (IUD), visit a government hospital or a private clinic with a gynecologist. Ensure it's removed by a trained medical professional to avoid complications. Bring your wife's medical records and discharge summary from the hospital where the Copper-T was inserted. Removal is usually done as an outpatient procedure.

my mom is 47 and has an 80mm colloid nodular goitre should she get surgery for it and are there any risks involved with the procedure
A colloid nodular goiter of 80mm (8 centimeters) in a 47-year-old woman may be a good candidate for surgery, especially if it causes symptoms or grows rapidly. However, the decision to proceed with surgery should be made after a thorough evaluation by a qualified endocrinologist or surgeon, considering the individual's specific situation, medical history, and potential risks

I'm concerned about my blood sugar levels. My fasting blood sugar is 155, and my postprandial is 167, but my HbA1c is 6.4. I'm currently taking Glycomate GP 1 gm daily, but it doesn't seem to be controlling my sugar levels effectively. Can you suggest any other medications or adjustments I should consider? Also, when would be the best time for me to take them?
