I'm really curious about something that's been on my mind lately. I've had this habit of eating slate pencils or cardboard paper since I was younger. I'm 30 now and just had a baby, but recently, I've been having strong cravings for slate pencils again. Could you shed some light on why this might be happening and if there's anything I should be concerned about?

As you have given up on having slate Manu years ago , you should not be concerned much about it.Adequate water consumption,healthy diet , positive thoughts,daily physical activities will definitely help you.unlikely to affect your body systems after so many years.If at all your thoughts still bothering you ,get some blood investigation that includes CBC , renal function tests , thyroid function tests , electrolytes , calcium and phosphate levels, glucose level,liver function tests and urine analysis plus an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
