I'm really frustrated because my tonsils have a bunch of holes from these annoying tonsil stones. It's so irritating. If I get my tonsils taken out, will it solve this issue?

I'm really struggling with this issue, it's been going on for about a year and a half now. I've seen doctors, but nothing seems to be helping. It always feels like there's something stuck in my throat, almost like someone is tapping on it from the outside. There's also this mild pain in my ears.
