I'm really frustrated because my tonsils have a bunch of holes from these annoying tonsil stones. It's so irritating. If I get my tonsils taken out, will it solve this issue?

I accidentally cut the skin on my ear while shaving and used undiluted Dettol with a cotton ball on the cut.
