I'm really into my gym routine and currently taking BCAA and two scoops of whey protein shakes. A friend mentioned that I should try taking two Himalaya Liv 52 tablets daily to help with liver function and detoxifying my body since it's herbal. Is it okay for me to do that?

I've been hitting the gym for a couple of months now, and I'm thinking about starting protein powder. How many more months should I wait before it's okay to start taking it? And is it actually safe to include in my routine?

I've recently picked up badminton again after a long break, and I've been noticing a bit of an issue. When I try to smash the shuttle hard, my lower bicep near the elbow starts to ache. I do warm-ups and stretch beforehand, but it still happens. The pain seems to drain my strength, making it hard to keep a grip on the racquet. It kind of radiates all the way down to my palm. If I take a break, the pain goes away without medicine, but it comes back as soon as I start hitting hard again. Interestingly, when I don't hit the shuttle hard, there's no pain at all. What might be causing this, and how can I prevent it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a repetitive strain or overuse injury, possibly involving the muscles or tendons near your elbow. This can happen when exerting forceful movements after a long break. It's important to focus on gradually increasing your strength and flexibility in that area, and consider incorporating rest periods to avoid overloading the muscles.

I'm aware that drinking energy drinks, especially before a workout, can be risky. But I ended up having one can anyway because I can be pretty stubborn. Now I'm wondering, is it safe if I hit the gym in about 2 hours? Should I wait longer? Would love to know what you think.

yes you can have it . but generally avoid it , it would be better
