I'm really puzzled about my situation. I've been getting a stress positive result on my TMT test for the last five years, even though my angiogram came back normal and I don't have any heart issues. I'm just wondering what steps I can take or medicines I might need to help me eventually get a stress normal result. Could you give me some advice on this?

Albumin++ in your urine routine test indicates proteinuria, a sign of kidney damage or disease.

Causes

  1. Kidney damage (nephropathy)
  2. Diabetic nephropathy
  3. Hypertension
  4. Kidney stones
  5. Urinary tract infection

Treatment

  1. Consult a nephrologist: Schedule an appointment with a kidney specialist.
  2. Underlying cause treatment: Address the underlying condition causing proteinuria.
  3. Medications:
    • ACE inhibitors or ARBs to reduce proteinuria and blood pressure.
    • Diuretics to manage edema and blood pressure.
  4. Lifestyle modifications:
    • Monitor and control blood pressure.
    • Manage blood sugar levels (if diabetic).
    • Reduce protein intake.
    • Increase fluid intake.
    • Exercise regularly.
    • Quit smoking.

Follow-up tests

  1. Repeat urine tests to monitor proteinuria.
  2. Blood tests to evaluate kidney function (eGFR, creatinine).
  3. Imaging tests (ultrasound, CT scan) to assess kidney damage.

I'm really concerned about this report I got saying there's an "abnormal ECG" with an "SCT wave abnormality" and something about "considering inferior ischemia." I'm an ASD device patient, and I'm not sure what all this means for me. Could you help explain it and let me know if I should be worried?

I'm a bit worried because my cardiologist just switched my medication from clopidogrel 75mg and aspirin 75mg to clopitab cv 20mg. I took the old meds this morning. Is it okay to start with the new one tonight? If I wait until tomorrow, itll be over 24 hours between doses. What should I do?

If your cardiologist has advised you to switch from clopidogrel 75mg and aspirin 75mg to Clopitab CV 20mg (which combines clopidogrel and a lower dose of aspirin), you can start taking the new medication tonight. This will ensure continuous antiplatelet protection without a significant gap. However, to be absolutely certain and to avoid any potential interaction or complications, it is best to confirm this plan with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.

I've been experiencing some mild chest pain for about a month now. There hasn't been any coughing, fever, or cold symptoms, but the pain is located near my left breast. Occasionally, I also feel pain in my left arm and shoulders. Sometimes I struggle to breathe normally, and it often feels like something's stuck in my throat. What's going on with me?
