I'm really stressed about dealing with premature ejaculation. I'm trying to understand what causes it and what I can do to manage or improve this situation. Can you offer some guidance?

Premature ejaculation can be caused by factors like stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, or relationship issues. To overcome it, consider techniques like relaxation, communication with your partner, and seeking professional advice if necessary, such as therapy or medication.

I'm experiencing some pain in my right testicle along with a bit of swelling and tenderness. It's not there all the time and I can handle it, but it gets painful when I touch the area where the veins connect to the testicle. It feels like something isn't quite right. Can you please give me some advice on what this might be?

You may be experiencing epididymitis, which is inflammation of the epididymis, the coiled tube located behind the testicle that stores and carries sperm. This condition can cause pain, swelling, and tenderness in the testicle. I recommend you to take an antibiotic such as Ciprofloxacin to treat the infection. Additionally, you can take Ibuprofen as needed for pain and inflammation. Make sure to rest, wear supportive underwear, and apply ice packs to the area to help with swelling and discomfort. If your symptoms worsen or do not improve, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've been having this needle-like pain in my abdomen, mainly on the right side. I'm not sure if it's appendicitis or something else. One doctor mentioned it could be appendicitis, but another said it might just be gas. Also, I've been told I have a renal calculus that's 0.4 mm in size. What should I do next? Any advice would be great.

My doctor prescribed me Drosis XT deflazacort 30mg and tamsulosin 0.4mg twice a day for 10 days along with other meds for kidney stones. Is taking 30mg of steroid twice a day safe for kidney stones? Are steroids usually given for this issue? Will the stones not pass without steroids?

Nephrologist opinion is advised for further treatment.
