I'm really struggling with a bad cough for the past three days and have been taking marzon allerfix tablets and Reswas cough syrup, but I can't shake off the chest congestion. I smoke around 20 cigarettes a day, so I'm worried that's contributing to it. Is there a connection between my smoking and this congestion, and is there any way I can treat my lungs or cleanse them?

I'm a bit confused about my recent test results and could use some advice. My spirometry report came back normal, but my FeNO level is around 35. I'm not sure what this could mean. this test indicates the amount of nitric oxide exhaled, which is used to diagnose asthma. since your feno value is increased it might be asthma, but not a confirmatory test

Is it okay for my treatment to stop Ethambutol after just two months even though my chest X-ray is better and my doctor said to keep taking Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pyrazinamide? I mean, I didn't have positive sputum results or a Mantoux test, but my CT scan showed TB and I had a constant cough for a long time. I'm a bit worried about changing the meds too soon.

yes it is normal, there might be some side effect related to ethambutol

I'm worried about the possibility of developing lung fibrosis. I had a CT score of 13 a month ago. Could that score suggest any risk of fibrosis developing later on?

A CT score 13 indicate moderate invovement of the lung.
