I'm really struggling with breakouts and I'm wondering how I can detoxify my skin and body to get a pimple-free, glowing look. Are there any home remedies that you would recommend for this?

View allI'm noticing this big dark patch of skin that starts from my inner buttocks. It's not causing any discomfort, pain, or itchiness, but I'm really worried about it. Also, I've got these big, hard pimples on my buttock cheeks. What could be going on here?

I've been reading up on vitamin D and its impact on hair health, and I'm a bit concerned. I'm 23 years old and was recently told I have a vitamin D deficiency. My 25 OH hydroxy vitamin D test results show I have about 23ngmL. Could this deficiency be causing my hair loss? I'm pretty worried and would love some advice.
Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to hair loss, particularly alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, and female pattern hair loss; with a 25(OH)D level of 23 ngmL, you have a moderate deficiency; supplementing with vitamin D (1,000-2,000 IUday) and maintaining a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and biotin may help promote hair growth and reduce hair loss.

I've been dealing with this white flake issue on my scalp and after consulting a doctor, he recommended using Noskurf overnight lotion and Diprovate Plus lotion after my bath on dry hair. I'm curious to know if these lotions are only effective for the flakes or will they also help with hair loss? I'm a bit worried and just want to make sure I'm on the right track here.
Venusia cream is advised for 2-4 weeks for local application ,once daily. If any side-effects like itching, burning,or allergic reactions kindly consult dermatologist.
