I'm really struggling with my asthma and sinus issues. My dad has asthma too, so it seems like it's something we're both dealing with. I've been on medication prescribed by my doctor for the last 3 years, like budamate 400 nasal spray and montair 10, but they haven't been helping much. Recently, I went to CMC Vellore, and my doctor there suggested I try budecort 200, fexinase, and lukotas for six months. But despite trying all this, I still get fevers and colds quite frequently, and I recently had a bout of influenza. Now, I'm having chest pain, and it's making breathing feel really heavy. It's like my problem is only getting worse, especially when the weather changes. I avoid cold things, but it doesn't seem to help much. I'm just really curious about whether asthma is ever totally curable because it seems to just keep coming back. What should I do?

I've been recovering from COVID for about 7 months now, and my CT score initially was 12 right after, but it dropped to 7 a few months later. I recently checked my SpO2 while lying down with my head on a pillow, and it was around 95-96, but when I sat in a chair, it was 98. Plus, I'm able to walk about 3-4 km daily without any issues. Is there anything serious I should be concerned about here?
no its normal ,no need to worry

I've been having some breathing issues and lung pain ever since I got the covid vaccine. I tried taking medicine for bronchitis, but it didn't fully help. Then I saw a gastroenterologist and started on medication for acid reflux. After my second vaccine dose, my breathing problems got really bad again. It's been about three months of taking meds now, but I'm still struggling. I've never had covid before. What should I do next?
