I'm really struggling with my asthma, especially when the weather changes. Right now, I'm dealing with a lot of coughing, and it's making it hard to breathe. Can you recommend any long-term solutions for this?

My dad just turned 50, and even though he's fully vaccinated, he tested positive for COVID yesterday. His oxygen levels are reading 93-94, and since he has asthma, Im worried. Is it normal for his oxygen levels to be like this? Could it mean there's an infection in his lungs? Would doing some breathing exercises help him get his SpO2 levels back up?

My dad came down with COVID last month and, thankfully, he's recovered now. But he's still having this really bad dry cough at night or right after eating. I'm wondering how we can help him get over this lingering issue. Any advice would be great!
