Question
I'm really trying to drop some weight, but my job keeps me from working out consistently. I've already cut back on my meals and mostly stick to chapatis and brown rice, steering clear of oily stuff for the last two months. But I'm not seeing any changes. What else can I do to effectively lose weight?

Possible Causes:_ 1. Iron deficiency anemia 2. Vitamin deficiency (B12, folate) 3. Anemia of chronic disease 4. Hereditary membrane disorders (e.g., hereditary ovalocytosis) 5. Thalassemia trait Predominantly normocytic normochromic anemia: Red blood cells (RBCs) are normal in size (normocytic) and color (normochromic), but hemoglobin (Hb) is low. 2. Microcytes: Small RBCs present, indicating possible iron deficiency or other underlying conditions. 3. Ovalocytes: Abnormally shaped RBCs, often seen in hereditary ovalocytosis or other membrane disorders.
