I'm really trying to drop some weight, but my job keeps me from working out consistently. I've already cut back on my meals and mostly stick to chapatis and brown rice, steering clear of oily stuff for the last two months. But I'm not seeing any changes. What else can I do to effectively lose weight?

The homeopathic remedies you're taking, Berberis vulgaris and Ocimum canum, may help alleviate symptoms, but their effectiveness in completely removing a 6.7 mm kidney stone is uncertain. The stone's size and location suggest it may not pass on its own. Consult your doctor for a proper evaluation and treatment plan, which may include surgical intervention or other medical treatments. The timeframe for stone removal varies depending on the treatment approach and individual factors. Regular follow-up with your doctor is crucial to monitor the stone's status and adjust treatment as needed.

I've been a vegetarian all my life, and recently, Ive been worried about my protein intake since sometimes my busy schedule makes it hard to have a balanced vegetarian diet with enough protein sources like milk. Someone I know mentioned Protein X as a supplement, and I'm considering it, but I'm not sure if it's the right choice. Could you tell me how long it's safe to use Protein X continuously? Are there any side effects that I should be aware of, particularly for myself and my sister, whos around my age? Thanks!
It is not advisable to start taking protein supplements without a recommendation from a qualified phyisican. They can have various adverse effects. Try to increase protein through dietary sources. Dal, soya, and beans are great vegetarian protein sources. Eat 6 meals in a day, 3 heavy calorie rich meals and 3 lighter meals to keep energy levels optimal through the day.
