I'm really worried about the chemicals in the products I use these days. I'm currently using Himalaya Neem Men's Face Wash, but I'm looking for something healthier. Could you recommend a good face wash that doesnt have harsh chemicals?

I recommend trying the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. It is a soap-free cleanser that is gentle on the skin and does not contain any harsh chemicals. Use it twice a day, morning and evening, for best results.

View allI'm really concerned about the tip of my nose being red-pink and a bit swollen. There's no itching, but it's definitely painful when I touch it. It also looks like tiny pimples are forming on the swollen part. Should I be worried about this, or is it something that'll just clear up on its own?
The symptoms you are describing sound like you may have a localized skin infection on the tip of your nose. This could be due to a bacterial infection or inflammation of the hair follicles. To help treat this, you can apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on the affected area twice a day. Additionally, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to help with the pain and swelling. If the symptoms do not improve within a few days or if they worsen, it would be best to consult a doctor for further evaluation and possible prescription of oral antibiotics.

I've been having this recurring issue with ringworm or maybe it's jock itch on my inner thighs. I first tried using clobetasol cream, then switched to dexoderm to avoid clobetasol, but I realized that dexoderm has clobetasol propionate too. It keeps giving me relief but it never really goes away completely. I recently started using ebernet cream and taking terbinafine 250 mg tablets. It's only been a week, but I think the redness is coming back and it's even spread to my glans. I dont have any itching right now, but Im worried its returning. Plus, the side effects from the tablets are a lot and I'm starting to feel some of them. Any advice on what I should do?
Consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, as you may need to adjust your treatment plan, and in the meantime, continue using the ebernet cream and terbinafine tablets as directed, while monitoring side effects and fungal infection symptoms.

Can anyone tell me if Tugain 5 or Tugain 10 is better for hair loss and regrowth? I'm also curious about which one might have fewer side effects.
-For hair loss, **Tugain 5%** is generally preferred as it is effective with fewer side effects compared to **Tugain 10%**. Higher concentrations may cause more irritation, so start with the 5% version unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
