I'm really worried about this ILD NSIP pattern in the lungs. Is it something that's curable? And how long does the treatment usually last? Can you explain it to me?

I'm having trouble taking deep breaths lately. Sometimes I can manage it, but I mostly end up breathing through my mouth. This has been going on for about three weeks. I used to have other issues like stiffness in my fingers in the morning and pain in my right shoulder and upper arm, but those have either gone away or are getting better. I had a blood test back in January that showed high ESR and low platelets, but I feel okay now except for the deep breathing issue. What could be causing this?

I've been dealing with this persistent cough for over a month now, ever since I recovered from COVID. It's really tough because it keeps getting worse at night. Last year around the same time, I had a similar issue where I coughed for more than two months. When I got an X-ray, the doctor said it was allergic bronchitis. The meds didn't help back then, but homeopathic treatments from Ayush did the trick. I'm really at a loss now though. Do you think I should get some tests done to figure out what's going on, or could you suggest any medicines that might help?

I've just started taking Akurit 4 tablets for mild TB, and I've noticed that my urine has turned orange since this morning. Is this something that usually happens, or should I be really concerned about it? I'm feeling a bit anxious and would love to get some clarity on this.

If the orange-colored urine is your only concern, there is no need to worryit is a common, non-threatening side effect. However, always feel free to consult your doctor if you feel unsure or develop additional symptoms.
