I'm really worried about my 16-year-old son. He's been having pain in his lower abdomen for the last couple of days, and it seems to stretch towards the left. This is the third time it's happened in the past two months. The last time, we got all the urine tests, CBC, and an ultrasound done, and they all came back normal. Our physician just gave him some regular medication, and the pain went away. I'm wondering if there's something else we should be doing or if there's a specific cause we might be missing?

I've been using Betadine cream on my anus, and it seems to provide some relief. Is it safe for me to keep doing this, or should I be considering something else? Could you provide some guidance on this?
