I'm really worried about my asthma and I'm looking for natural remedies to manage it. I've heard about things like essential oils and dietary changes, but I'm not sure what's safe or effective. Can you share some reliable information about natural ways to help with asthma symptoms, or if there are any risks I should be aware of?

Should I be worried about something else, and how long does it usually take to see changes in the x-ray?

What are the symptoms I should be looking out for?
