I'm dealing with sinusitis and I've noticed there are some black spots in my phlegm, especially in the mornings. I also experience slight wheezing and have a bit of difficulty breathing when I'm going up stairs, but no fever. My sinusitis seems better with flixonase spray and montelukast tablets. I've had this chest congestion for about a week now, and there's some coughing too. Im having trouble taking deep breaths. My temperature's been normal though. Could this possibly be COVID-19, or is it likely something else?

Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.
