I'm really worried about my dad. His oxygen saturation has been stuck at 88 for the last five days, even though he's on 5L oxygen at the hospital. The CT scan showed these ground glass opacities in his lungs, and he's taking pirfenidone, along with formonide and combimiat. What should we expect next? Is there anything else we can do to help improve his condition?

View allI'm really worried about my recovery from covid. I had mild symptoms and didn't have any breathing issues, but now, even after 30 days since the symptoms began, I'm experiencing some pain in my back and chest. My D-dimer level is 1.12, and I'm anxious about when this will come down and when I'll feel completely normal again. I'm concerned about potential post-covid complications. Is this something I should be worried about, or is this a normal part of the recovery process?

I'm an ex-smoker, having smoked about 510 cigarettes a month for 56 years, and I quit just a month ago. I'm really worried because I'm experiencing chest congestion and I'm producing sputum, though it isn't thick. I'm also noticing mild labored breathing whenever I exert myself. I have a chronic dust allergy, and my recent chest X-ray showed I have mild sinusitis. The main worrying sign right now is that I hear a low-pitched whistling sound when I breathe in. Can you please advise me on how I can help heal my lungs from all the damage over the years?
Do regular breathing exercises, avoid allergens
