I'm really worried about my friend's asthma. He's been struggling with it for years and now he's dealing with lung contraction. I'm wondering what kind of treatment options are available for this situation. Is there anything specific we should consider to help with both the asthma and the lung issues? Any advice would be so appreciated.

View allI've been dealing with COPD for a couple of years now, and I'm really struggling with nonstop coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and tightness in my chest. Every 12 hours or so, my nostrils get blocked too. I've been using inhalers like Esiflo 250 and Tiova, but they only seem to provide temporary relief before everything gets worse again. It's gotten to a point where I've had to be admitted to the hospital, and even with constant nebulization there, things have not improved. I'm feeling pretty discouraged and am looking for advice on how to get long-term relief. Any suggestions?

I've been dealing with some breathing issues for about a week now, and I'm starting to get really worried. There's this constant noise when I breathe out, and I've been coughing up thick white mucus. It's getting really uncomfortable. Could this excessive mucus production be something serious? And what can I do about it? Would love to hear your thoughts.
