I'm really worried about my hand. The back of my palm has turned black, and it's super dry. I've been using olive oil for the past four days, hoping it'll help, but I'm not sure if it's working. I've also been using hand sanitizer and Dettol hand wash a lot. Could that be affecting my skin? Is this why my hand looks like this? I've got some photos of it too.

View allI've been dealing with exfoliative cheilitis and my lips are really damaged - even had surgery but it didn't fully help. What kind of cream would you recommend for healing the skin?
For exfoliative cheilitis, consider using tacrolimus ointment, petroleum jelly, or lanolin-based creams. Avoid lip licking and maintain hydration.

I'm currently taking isotretinoin 20 mg and I'm looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Ahaglow S face wash and Acne OC moisturizer. My skin is acne-prone and I'm hoping to find something affordable that still works well. Do you have any suggestions?
you can try using Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser. It is gentle on the skin and helps in controlling excess oil production. As for a substitute for Acne OC moisturizer, you can consider using Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel. It is suitable for acne-prone skin and provides the necessary hydration without clogging pores. Since you are currently using isotretinoin 20 mg, it is important to choose products that are gentle on the skin to avoid any irritation.

I'm really concerned about this redness I'm experiencing around my thigh joint. I've been using propysalic NF ointment for itching and to get rid of some scars, but now my skin tone seems different. Should I continue using the same ointment or try something else? I'm just a bit worried about my skin changing and could use some guidance.
- It's important to consult with your doctor before applying Propysalic NF to the new area,
