I'm really worried about my hand. The back of my palm has turned black, and it's super dry. I've been using olive oil for the past four days, hoping it'll help, but I'm not sure if it's working. I've also been using hand sanitizer and Dettol hand wash a lot. Could that be affecting my skin? Is this why my hand looks like this? I've got some photos of it too.

I've heard that vitamin E is supposed to help with beard growth. Is it a good idea for me to take Evamore Plus vitamin E pills for this? Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

Vitamin E can indeed promote beard growth by improving blood circulation to the hair follicles and supporting overall hair health. Evamore Plus is a good choice for Vitamin E supplementation. You can take 400-800 IU of Vitamin E daily for beard growth. As for side effects, Vitamin E is generally safe when taken within the recommended dosage range. However, high doses of Vitamin E can cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, and an increased risk of bleeding. It is important to stick to the recommended dosage to avoid any adverse effects.

I've noticed some black pigmented spots on my breast and between them, and they seem to be slowly getting bigger. Initially, it was just a small black spot, but now it's growing into these branch-like patterns. What might be causing this, and how should I approach getting it checked out?

Consult a dermatologist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. It is important to rule out any serious conditions.

I've been dealing with a fungal infection for the past two years and have been using sulfur 30 and tellurium 30, along with bc20 tablets for about a month now. Things seemed to be improving, but the itching has started up again recently. Could you offer some guidance on what might be causing this or suggest a way to get the itching under control?
